The beautiful khareef season, which is the icon of salalah, has finished in September 2015. The season is marked by the arrival of many tourists from all cities of the gulf, where it’s very hot in the summer. The tourists come to enjoy the cool weather and over casted skies of salalah every year at Khareef season which starts from mid June and ends at mid September.
This year the khareef season started a bit late but finished at normal time. The rain turned the mountains green and amazing place to go for picnic. Many people including us, made barbecues in the mountains.
Till the khareef season next June, Salalah will have many tourists coming from European countries for enjoying the moderate warm weather with sunny days.
