On the occasion of Oman’s 46th National day, Crowne Plaza Resort Salalah arranged a cake cutting at the lawn next to the pool. Many people including the Hotel Guests were present on this occasion, which is celebrated every year on 18th November. The celebrations begun at 5 pm.

National Flag Color Balloons
Balloons in colors of National Flag were put on various locations at the cake cutting venue along with the flags.
Drinks of Oman Flag Color
White, red and green color juices were served in the same glass, making the mocktail resembling National flag color.
The Gigantic Cake
The cake, decorated with 2 Omani flags over it, was gigantic. “46th Happy National Day” was written over the white cake. Later on when the cake was served, we found out that it was delicious 🙂
Welcome Speech by General Manager
Mr. Manuel Levonian, General Manager at Crowne Plaza Resort Salalah welcomed the guests and congratulated His Majesty Sultan Qaboos, the citizens and residents of Oman on the occasion of National Day.
Cake Cutting Ceremony
The cake was cut with the sword by the General Manager of Crowne Plaza along with the guests. Later on this cake was served to the guests.
Omani Traditional Dance
Traditional dance was performed by the kids.
