Iftar buffet is served daily at Hilton Salalah Resort in this Holy month of Ramadan in its air-conditioned ballroom. This air-conditioned sitting is a plus in this hot and humid season. There is a Family Section as well to eatIftar privately with your family. Overall the ambiance is very good and the venue is nicely decorated with Ramadan theme.
The walkway to the ballroom has mentions of Ramadan Kareem in Arabic and English in traditional style.

The Food
There is a good variety of food to choose from and ranging from the main courses, Salads, Barbecue, Soup, Breads, Dessert and Drinks.
Drinks
They have arranged a nice selection of drinks, including Laban, Karkade, Tamar Hind and Orange Juice for fasting Muslims.
Salads and Soups Station
Seafood Broth and Lentil Soups were served in the buffet dinner along with a wide variety of breads.
The colorful healthy vegetables for salad were irresistible choice.
Rolls and Samosa Section
Chicken Spring Roll and Vegetable Samosa were also served, which are famous Iftar items in Indian / Pakistani households.
Main Courses
There were various main dishes and were covering sea food, lamb, beef, chicken, and vegetables including Mashuai Roasted Kingfish, Chicken Biryani, Vegetable Manchurian, Sauteed Potato with Cumin, Macroni Pasta with Chicken and Olive Sauce, Lamb with Green Beans, Grilled Hammour with Lemon Butter Sauce and Kofta Bil Saniya.
Grill Section
Grill section has delicious options of Chicken and Beef grilled items. Grilled vegetables were also available.
Shawarma Station
Chicken shawarma was available in Hilton Iftar buffet, which is a preferred Arabic cuisine.
Dessert Station
The dessert section had a good variety to choose from Arabic Sweets, Fresh Cut Fruits and Cakes. All of the desserts were yummy.
